First Month is in the books!

We've had a great month of fitness training getting ready for the upcoming Colorado lacrosse season. We have had many athletes, young and older, male and female, mother and daughter and have had great fun and sweat.

We went over some basic eating principles,that had been created by my colleague, John Berardi(precision nutrition), and learned about the various movement planes and skills required to be a competitive athlete.

We've had 1 gal drop 7 lbs already and is hungry for the next level of improvement while our 8 yr old ( Colby) is running circles around his competitors on the lacrosse field.

All in all the inaugaural LaxFIT boot camp is on the road to making things happen!

    Thanks for everything. I feel more prepared and stronger than ever before. I'd like to continue building strength at the gym while working on the nutrition at home. Any advise and guidance in this area would be greatly appreciated!!

    Turning 40, I realized it is more important to be in "athletic" shape versus just go to a gym, lift weights and do cardio for 45 mins. LaxFit is just what my physical fitness routine has been craving for. Your class is challenging, inventive and just what I needed to help achieve my "athletic" goal! I'm hooked!
