So, how is everyone feeling about the bootcamp so far? It’s really great to see the progress you are making. Can you believe we’ve completed the first session already?
With summer quickly approaching it’s time to really kick it into gear and to really follow through on the commitments you’ve made to yourself. There is always going to be a reason NOT to get what you want but what’s the reason to GET what you want?
Is that extra 400 calorie latte, unprocessed meal or even an extra hour of sleep worth losing the chance to get lean and fit? I think not. Let’s kick it in gear and, while you’re at it, bring a friend.

ReplyDeleteGood point coach! The more people suffering with you, the better. It's a lot harder to cancel a workout when someone is counting on you to train with them.. Time to create that confident beach bod! (or pool in our landlocked Colorado circumstance)
